Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway

If you are looking for an excursion with a difference in Devon, then an outing to Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway is not to be missed. This exciting working piece of Victorian history has been fully operational since 1890 and is the ideal way to travel between these two quaint seaside villages - Lynton is at the very top of a very steep cliff and Lynmouth is 500 feet below. The Powderham Castle Tour

If you are looking for some history and culture in Devon, then the Powderham Castle Tour is not to be missed, this historic castle was made mention as far back as 1086 in the Doomsday Book and has seen many changes over the years.
